Account Access:

Accessing your account is easy and convenient:

• Register for Online Banking: Manage your accounts anytime, anywhere with our online banking platform.

• Mobile Banking: Download the RFCU mobile app from the App Store or Google Play to bank on the go.

To register for online and mobile banking, you will need your member number.

• If you opened an account online: Your member number can be found in the welcome email sent to the primary account holder’s email address used during the account opening process. You may also find your member number in the welcome letter mailed to your home address.

• If you opened an account through a dealership: Your member number can also be found in the welcome letter mailed to your home address.

• If you opened an account in a branch: Your member number can be found within your welcome folder.

You may also locate your member number at the top of you first statement that will be mailed to your home address.

• Telephone Banking: Access your accounts 24/7 via our free Self-Service Telephone Banking. Simply call (800) 562-7328 and press 5. 

• ATMs: Enjoy easy access to your funds at ATMs nationwide. 

• Mobile Wallet: Add your RFCU debit or credit card to your mobile wallet for quick & contactless payments. 

Statements:

• Go paperless and enjoy easy access to all your statements and view statement history. 

• Enroll in eStatements: Log into online banking, go to “Additional” > eStatements > Accept Terms and Conditions.
