Mobile Check Deposit
Taking photos with your smartphone camera can be fun. But you can also use it to transact serious financial business. It just takes two clicks to deposit payroll or personal checks with DeposZip.®
- Log into the RFCU Mobile App and click on the “Check Deposit” option
- Read and accept the User Agreement and allow two business days for your registration to be reviewed and approved
- You will receive an email notification with the status of your registration request.
- Endorse your check as you normally would
- Take photos of the front and back
- Follow simple directions in the App to send us your deposit
- Receive electronic verification that we’ve received your funds
- Get quick access to your money, perhaps as soon as the next business day
eStatements
Monthly account statements contain a lot of important information. It’s easier to find it – and make better use of it – when it’s instantly accessible from your RFCU Mobile App.
- Get an email each month when your account statement is available for viewing
- Gain access to your monthly statement several days ahead of when you might receive it in the regular mail
- Enjoy less clutter with this paperless option
- Avoid the risk of having your personal financial data placed in the mail stream
- Use your eStatement to track down a specific transaction or dig deeper into your spending habits
External Transfers
It’s easy to transfer funds between your RFCU savings or checking accounts and your accounts at other banks, credit unions and brokerage firms.
- Request immediate transfers or schedule one for a future date
- Easily arrange for recurring transfers
- To get started, log into the RFCU Mobile App, select “Move Money,” then “External Transfers”
- To send or receive funds to your accounts externally, add the information about the outside institution by clicking on “Add External Account.” (If you are establishing a new relationship with the external institution, a deposit verification request may be required)
Pay a Person
- Pay immediately or schedule a payment for a future date
- Easily arrange for recurring payments
- To get started, log into the RFCU Mobile App, select “Move Money,” then “Pay a Person”
- Select “Add Contact” and follow the steps provided
Bill Pay
Paperwork is no fun. With Bill Pay, there’s no need to wade through stacks of mailed bills and write out one check after another. It’s a great way to save time and reduce postage costs.
