Expenses stack up. Income drops off. There are any number of good reasons why borrowers might need some financial relief. Depending on what type of Rockland Federal Credit Union loan you have, we may be able to arrange for you to skip a monthly payment.

• Eligible loans include RFCU consumer loans :
     o Must have at least a $5 balance in your RFCU share savings or checking  account
     o Loan payment cannot currently be made by any credit insurance
     o If you purchased GAP insurance on your loan, processing a Skip-A- Payment may alter your GAP payout
• A Skip-A-Payment request form should be submitted at least 10 days prior to your payment’s due date.
     o Complete the form online, drop it off at one of our locations, or mail it to 241 Union St., Rockland, MA 02370.
• If you wish to skip a payment on more than one loan, you must submit one form per eligible loan.
• We will contact you only if your request is denied.
