Are there limits for using this service?
$1,000 per day / $3,000 per week / $5,000 per month
What is the cutoff for same-day processing?
4PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
What is the cutoff time for canceling a payment?
4PM EST the same business day that the payment was scheduled to send.
When are the funds debited from my account?
Between 5PM and 6PM EST.
Can I use P2P with all of my RFCU accounts?
No, you can only use checking and savings accounts – not Money Market accounts.
How do I add a person to pay?
Click Add Contact, enter their name and their email address or cell phone number. Finally, choose a Security Question and a Security Answer for this Contact. The Contact will need to enter the Security Answer correctly in order to receive their payment.
How does my Contact actually get their money?
They will receive a notification that you sent them money with a link to follow. If you added them using their mobile phone number then it will be a text notification; if you added them using their email address then it will be an email notification.
They will need to provide the correct Security Answer that you specified for them when adding them as a Contact. If answered correctly, they will be prompted to provide their routing number and account number. They should receive their funds within 1-2 business days.
