For that reason, we have put measures in place to block out-of-state and overseas card transactions. To ensure your credit and debit cards are available to you on your journey, please notify us of your travel plans at least 2-3 business days ahead of time.

- Call our Member Service Center at (800) 562-7328

- If you need to reach our debit card processor after normal business hours please call (855) 961-1602 if traveling domestically, or 727-227-2447 if traveling internationally.
- If you need to reach our Visa credit card processor after normal business hours, please call (800) 369-4887 if traveling domestically, or 727-570-4899 if traveling internationally.
- If you are having trouble making a signature transaction with your card, it’s possible that you’ll have more success using your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- While you’re away, you may receive a call from us verifying a purchase.
Remember, we will never ask for your PIN or the three-digit CVV code located on the back of your card.
